These are the terms for using marathonballot.com and the Station app. Using the site means you agree to them. Questions go to art@marathonballot.com.

What Marathon Ballot is

Marathon Ballot is an independent tracker for the Abbott World Marathon Majors: ballot windows, entry costs, odds, and free alert emails. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Abbott World Marathon Majors or any individual race organizer. All dates, fees, and entry rules come from public race-organizer announcements and are provided for reference only, always confirm details on the official race site before you apply or pay for anything.

Accounts and subscriptions

The schedule and every tool are free, no account required. A free alert covers one race of your choice. Radar and Station are paid subscriptions billed annually through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the "Manage billing" link in the footer; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't offer partial-year refunds.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, resell, or republish the site's data at scale, attempt to break the ballot simulator's or qualification checker's logic for other users, or use the site to send spam or abuse anyone. We can suspend access for accounts that do.

No guarantee of accuracy

Ballot dates, acceptance rates, qualifying standards, and entry costs change without notice, and organizers sometimes publish figures late or not at all. We do our best to keep everything current and cite sources where we can, but nothing on this site is a guarantee of entry, timing, or cost. The ballot simulator's "years until you're in" number is a statistical estimate, not a prediction.

Liability

Marathon Ballot is provided as is. We're not liable for missed ballot windows, entry decisions, or any losses connected to using the site or acting on information from it. If you're not sure about a deadline, check the official race organizer's page directly.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
